I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a local touch in its decor. The location was excellent, with restaurants, pubs, and stores just outside the property. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with a specific issue and ensuring it was resolved. They made a lot of phone calls and spoke with relevant agencies in German to help me out. Thank you, I will definitely be back on my next stay in town!

Staff really helpful and friendly and very clean. Also breakfast buffet looked good although did not get chance to use it extensively.

Single beds - room was large enough to have double bed. (Not sure why they do not have double beds if they have the space)? Energy saving bulbs used extensively in corridors and as reception is not manned 24 hours it can at times be intimidating when on your own late at night, especially when you do not speak German and the hotel is located in quiet residential area.

The rooms at Tante ALMA's Bonner Hotel are so cozy and bright! I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. The large double bed was super comfy, and I loved having the satellite TV to unwind after a long day of exploring. Plus, the free WiFi was a huge bonus for all my social media needs. As a young traveler, this room was perfect for me!

Personally, I found the shower a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others might not mind it at all.

- The hotel was clean and well decorated and is located in a beautiful, quite residential area.

- The location is far from main railway station and city market. You need to take a bus and pay 1.7 to 2.5 euros per person to get to hotel. No metro station exists near hotel. - You can only connect to internet via T..Mobile hot spot which is quite expensive: about 20 Euros for 24 hours. So if you are a business man and need an internet connection for a reasonable price, just forget about this hotel. - The reception is closed at night. So if you need an emergency assistance, you are on your own. - The breakfast has limited options and no toaster for bread.

Clean hotel with a great breakfast selection. My room was initially reserved as a single, but the receptionist quickly resolved the issue by offering a bigger bed. The location was convenient and quiet. I would recommend this hotel.
